Free Delivery

We provide a Free White Glove delivery service, arranged by Luna Tables.  We want to make the experience of ordering a Luna Tables' product as enjoyable and stress free as possible.

Lead Time

We know how excited you must be to receive your Luna Table!  Therefore, our team work super hard to create your quality handcrafted table within 4 – 5 weeks from the point of order.

Communication

We want to keep you in the loop whilst you wait on your table to be delivered.  We will keep you updated on your order during the build process; and are more than happy to have a chat if you have any interim questions.

Delivery Slot

We will contact you to arrange a delivery slot when your item is almost ready.  We will do our best to deliver whenever is best for you.

The Big Day

Our White Glove delivery team will unload your table to your room of choice.  They will then complete any assembly (if required); and give your table a good polish so it looks pristine. They will then clear up any rubbish and leave you to enjoy your beautiful new Luna Table. 

UK Only

We currently only deliver within the UK; however please keep checking this page for future changes.

Delivery and Installation

Once your table is almost ready, you will receive a call from our friendly Luna team to organise a day and time for your delivery.
On the delivery day, we will call you one hour before arrival to give you the heads up that we’re almost there.  You therefore don’t have to wait around all day!
Our White Glove delivery team will unload and assemble (if required) your table in your room of choice.  You will not have to lift a finger!  They will check that you are completely happy with the alignment etc and make any adjustments that you see fit.
Our professionals will then give your new table a final polish to ensure it looks pristine, before leaving you to enjoy it.
